Shipping and Order FAQ

How Many Days until I get my Order?
All Online Orders usually ship within 24-48 Hours of when the order is placed.  However it can take up to 5 days for the order to ship. 

What shipping method is used?
UPS or USPS

Is expedited shipping available?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.

Do I receive tracking information?
Once your order has shipped an email notification will come to your inbox with the tracking information.  Please check your SPAM/Junk folder if you haven't received a notification in your main inbox. 

How do I know my order is completed?
Once you place an order a confirmation email will be sent to you with an order number to confirm the order.   If you have not received a confirmation email then the order has not been completed. Please also check your SPAM/Junk folder for the confirmation email.

My order is declined but I am still showing a charge on my account?
Once any card anywhere gets declined it will still show a pending charge on the account.  It normally takes 72 business hours for the pending charge to drop from the account.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once a tracking number has been created for your order you will no longer be able to cancel or change your order. You would have to receive the order and submit a return.

Gift Certificates Available?
Gift certificates are available for purchase and will be emailed to the recipient. They are only valid for the online store and not valid at the souvenir trailer.

Where can I find Driver’s Merchandise?
Please visit the driver or team’s website to purchase merchandise from your favorite driver.

 

Shipping Policies

Shipping on orders outside the US
All orders placed outside of the US can take up 20 days to get to the final destination. Since each country is different, you may be required to pay additional customs fees before receiving your package from your courier service.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost by the carrier (USPS or UPS) for 7 days or more from 5 days after your item shipped, we will resend you the order.

You will only have 30 days to from your order date to inform us of a lost package.  After 30 days no refunds will be granted.

My Package says Delivered but I never received it
Once your package is delivered your tracking information will have a recorded time, location, and date of delivery. The carrier may have placed it in a different location due to weather, over full mailbox, or to make it less visible from the street. Please check with other household members or neighbors to see if they have received the package by mistake. If living in an apartment, please check with the leasing office since some packages will be left with them.

You have 24 hours after the delivery of your package to file a claim with the carrier and contact us with the claim number, so a replacement package maybe sent. After 24 hours you will have to make a claim with the carrier regarding your missing package, and you will be responsible for locating your missing package.

You will only have 30 days to from your order date to inform us of a lost package.  After 30 days no refunds will be granted.

Returned Packages
If your package is returned to the World of Outlaws office and marked “RTS” and the address matches the address provided you will be contacted for a different shipping address. If that one is returned, we will refund you the purchase excluding shipping cost.
